I love you and will miss you terribly. This is so heartbreaking to know that you’re not physically here and we were unable to connect as adult women with families. I will cherish our memories as young ladies enjoying our lives, learning the world and growing together. We shared so many fun experiences together- learning to take the bus to the mall, meeting at the corner and walking to the pizza shop , deli and of course navigating through relationships and boys! Our group eagerly waiting for the weekend, whether it was the movies or sleep overs, or “the club” lol. I will distinctly remember your jokes, laughter and cucumber melon scent, your cleanliness, the way you loved Mary J and DMX should be studied lol. We have so many innocent and just fun memories. Your family was so accepting and already knew we were coming as a package deal lol. Thank you for sharing your heart and unconditional friendship with me because it was just so real. I am so grateful for your presence, kindness and realness. You will be missed dearly. To Sybil, Ma , Sabrina and your children we lost a good one yall, my deepest condolences to you. May God give you strength, peace and comfort that only he can give. Until we meet again, – at the corner. Rest in heavenly peace Sis.
