Mona began taking my yoga classes sometime last year. She had told me she had had a hip replacement but she had taken yoga years ago, I told her to do what she can, and she did great. She was very friendly and welcoming to all and she always wore purple. I will miss her, she was a positive energy force in my class and everywhere she went. May she rest in peace.
