Survived by his brother Michael, sisters Carmela, Patsy, and Jane, and his son Anthony. He also leaves behind his finance Claudia Dunbar. Born in New York, he resided in Ronkonkoma, NY and worked as a self-employed vendor. Cremation to take place in a private ceremony.

Dad, I am overcome with so many emotions that you are no longer with us. Thank you for being in my life when I needed you the most. Thank you for the many lessons I have learned from you. My dearest Richard, we were both in our mid twenties when we met through your sister Carmela aka Mel. I instantly gravitated towards you due to your gentle, kind, respectful and loving soul. You were always a giving, selfless human being. It was easy loving you as if you were my own brother. Your wicked sense of humor was right up there with mine. 😂 You were very loved by your sisters, family and friends. Rest easy my brother where there is no more pain.
Gone too soon but will be forever in our hearts and prayers. Til we meet again little brother your crazy Puerto Rican soul sister.
