He and I worked together 25 years for the Sheriff’s Department
He was a wonderful working partner and friend to me
We stayed in touch even after our retirements
Had many breakfasts and laughs together
I thank him for all the good times

I am so saddened to hear of the passing of whom I called Mr. Frank. I have known him since I was a child and would hear from him every Christmas. When I didn’t this year from him this year I knew something was wrong. My condolences to his family and friends.
