Phillip Huffins

I’m Eric , I walked him to a cab to go to harlem hospital the night before he died . That was the last time we saw each other ,he was just catching his breath and very dizzy it was horrible .I brought his bag to the cab and we didn’t say goodbye I may have been the only one amongst us who knew how bad this was.We were neighbors and friends . I’ve known him for 5 years. He was a revered host and gentleman and my cherished brother. I’ve been to his place hundreds of times and I miss him very much . If anyone reads this Phillip was my dear friend very positive and trustworthy we didn’t agree on a lot of things but we had each other’s back

My name is Johnathan. Phill would always call me jhonny, I would laugh and correct him and he’d say ok Johnny and we’d laugh again. I met phil along time ago. He was a kind warm hearted person, a great cook and a better friend! He wouldn’t hesitate to give you the shirt off of his back if you asked. I remember I was dead broke last summer and we were chatting about me not having groceries, he almost cussed me out (lol). He immediately ordered me some groceries and tol me to get my bitt to his place to pick up some food. They don’t make them like Phil anymore. You will be greatly missed, but I will never forget you. Rest in peace my friend!

My last memory of Phillip was actually Thanksgiving day! We had made plans to gather at his apartment along with other associates and friends! It was! I often would speak with him regarding his destiny and his life! My heart is grieved to hear this news! My prayers are and condolences to the Huffins family 😩
