Jennifer and I lived in the same neighborhood and were best friends as teenagers in the late 90s in Florida. She was the most fun, interesting, and creative person, and was the first friend I met when my family moved to town. We had so many good memories. My teenage years wouldn’t have been the same without her. She’ll never be forgotten.

Jennifer was one of those people who left a mark wherever she went. Fun, curious, and smart as hell, she had this electric energy that made life feel more interesting when she was around. She asked the best questions, saw the world in ways most people didn’t, and made you feel like every conversation mattered.

She was one of a kind—a sharp mind, a big heart, and a soul that couldn’t be boxed in. She carried a spark, a rebellious kind of magic that made you feel like anything was possible. She could make you laugh at the absurdity of life and challenge you to see things differently, all in the same breath.

I miss her, and I always will. But more than that, I’ll carry her spirit with me—the curiosity, the wit, the way she made the world just a little bit brighter. I’m so sorry I’m late to this understanding- my heart is a mess.

Love you, Jen. You’re still here in all the ways that matter. Forever your friend 💛
