Mona began taking my yoga classes sometime last year. She had told me she had had a hip replacement but she had taken yoga years ago, I told her to do what she can, and she did great. She was very friendly and welcoming to all and she always wore purple. I will miss her, she was a positive energy force in my class and everywhere she went. May she rest in peace.

Mona was our upstairs neighbor many years ago. She was always incredibly kind, and not only intelligent, but Mona was also wise. I remember when she flew out to Boulder, Colorado for the Harmonic Convergence, which otherwise we would have had no idea about. I also remember when she was learning massage and we were enlisted as bodies for her to practice various techniques. Sleep in the stars, Mona. You brought joy to your neighbors and friends.
