Howard was a dear friend and will be missed by me in many others whose lives he touched. He was a caring individual maintain an active psychotherapy practice and was very involved in professional issues of psychology. Howard was also a great deal of fun. He had a great sense of humor with an irreverent take on things. Howard was also in the Navy and World War II. He was proud of the fact that he was on one of the first ships to enter Tokyo harbor before the armistice was signed. Rest in peace Howard you will be missed.

George Litchford
